How does a Lumina gift card work?
You choose and pay
Pick an amount, write a message, and pay on Lumina's own site. It takes under two minutes and you never leave the practice's own pages.
They receive it
A Lumina-branded email arrives with a unique code — immediately, or on the morning you choose. Prefer something physical? Collect a printed card from the practice.
They book and spend it
The code is entered at booking or at the till. Any remaining balance stays on the card, and if they spend more, the difference is simply paid on the day.

Why gift cards deserve their own page
Gift cards are the only product in an aesthetic practice where you are paid today for work delivered months from now — and where the buyer is somebody who has never heard of you.

Cash in advance
Every card sold is money in the account before a room is used or an hour of staff time is spent. In December that difference is the whole quarter.

A new patient, introduced by a friend
The recipient is almost always somebody who has never visited. They arrive already recommended by someone they trust — the warmest introduction there is.

They usually spend more than the card
A $200 card is treated as a starting budget rather than a ceiling. The card covers the facial; the serum recommended afterwards is paid for on the day.
Lumina already sells gift cards — but through a third-party page carrying somebody else's branding, buried in the navigation, and invisible on the homepage. Nothing about that arrangement is designed to sell.

Gift card questions
How long is a Lumina gift card valid?
Twenty-four months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card and shown in the confirmation email, and we send a reminder two months before it lapses.
Can a gift card be used on products as well as treatments?
Yes — on anything Lumina sells. Any treatment on the menu, any of the professional skincare products in the shop, or a combination of both.
What happens if the treatment costs more than the card?
The card covers what it covers and the difference is paid on the day, by card at the practice. If the treatment costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card for the next visit.
Can I send a gift card on a specific date?
Yes. Choose the delivery date at checkout and the email arrives on the morning you select — useful for birthdays and anniversaries you would rather not have to remember twice.
Does a gift card purchase earn Lumina Circle points?
Points are earned by the person who redeems the card, on the treatment or product they spend it on — so the gift keeps giving after the card is used.
