Scope of work
Everything included in the rebuild.
The pages you have been clicking through are working front-end code, not screenshots. This is what turning them into a live platform involves — stated in full, so there are no surprises in either direction.
Foundation
The website itself
Complete rebuild
Every page designed, written and built from scratch on a modern framework. Nothing carried over from the current site except your brand and your content decisions.
Speed engineering
Target 90+ mobile PageSpeed and under 500 KB first load, against 40 and 3.71 MB today. Images compressed to WebP, no render-blocking fonts, global CDN.
Built mobile-first
Designed on a phone screen before a desktop one, because that is where aesthetic patients browse and book. Tested on real devices, not just a resized browser.
Treatment photography
Direction for a shoot, or sourcing and licensing where a shoot is not practical, plus full optimisation. The current site has no treatment imagery at all.
Content written for you
600–900 words per treatment page — who it suits, what it feels like, downtime, pricing, aftercare — written from your treatment protocols, reviewed by you before publication.
Accessibility & compliance
Keyboard navigation, screen-reader labelling, colour contrast and clear medical disclaimers — which matter commercially as well as legally in a medical context.
Being found
Search, local and AI visibility
On-page SEO, all 47 pages
One correct H1 per page, a written title and description for each, proper heading hierarchy, internal linking and clean URLs. This is the layer that is entirely missing today.
Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, photographed and completed — plus resolving the duplicate listing and correcting the hours that currently contradict your own website.
Directory cleanup
One consistent name, address and phone number pushed to the directories Google cross-checks — Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places and the health-sector aggregators.
Structured data
MedicalBusiness, Service, Product, FAQPage and Review markup so Google and AI assistants can read your treatments, prices, hours and answers directly.
Written for AI search
Every heading phrased as a real patient question with the answer directly beneath, which is how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers choose what to quote.
Analytics handed over
Google Search Console and Analytics connected, verified and explained — so for the first time you can see what people search before they arrive, and what they do next.
Making money
The four revenue tools
This is the part that separates a website from a platform. Each one exists to move a different number: bookings, prepaid revenue, repeat rate, and basket size.
Your own appointment engine
Four-step booking on your own domain, in your own brand, with live availability and instant confirmation. No third-party plugin, no per-booking fee, and the patient data stays yours. Automatic reminders at 48 hours and on the morning cut no-shows, and the aftercare email carries a one-tap rebooking link. See it
Lumina-branded gift cards
Sold on your site rather than a third-party payment page. Choose an amount, write a message, schedule delivery. You are paid today for treatment delivered later, and the recipient is almost always a new patient arriving on a friend's recommendation. See it
Lumina Circle rewards
Three tiers, 4% to 8% back as credit, earned on treatments and products alike and applied automatically at the next booking. No card, no app, nothing for the front desk to administer. It is what makes going elsewhere cost the patient something. See it
The shop, rebuilt around all 41 products
Products featured on the homepage, attached to the treatments they follow, bundled into regimens, and carrying points on every order. Plus automatic refill reminders timed to when the bottle actually runs out. See it
Free skin assessment
Twelve questions producing a Skin Health Score and a recommended starting treatment. The patient gets genuine guidance; you get a named lead with a stated concern from somebody who was not ready to book yet. See it

Straight answers
What is not included
Stated up front, because a scope that pretends to cover everything covers nothing.
Ongoing content writing after launch
The build includes all treatment and product copy plus the initial article set. Publishing new articles every month afterwards is a separate retainer — worth doing, but not bundled in here so the price stays honest.
Paid advertising
No Google or Meta ad spend and no campaign management. The platform is built so that ads convert far better when you do run them, but the media budget is yours to decide on separately.
Payment processing fees
Card processing costs are charged by the processor, not by us. What disappears is the per-booking commission a third-party booking plugin currently takes on top.
Hosting and domain renewal
Typically $20–$50 a month depending on traffic, billed directly to you rather than marked up through us. Your domain is already paid to August 2027.
A guaranteed ranking position
Nobody can honestly promise a specific position on Google, and anyone who does is selling something. What is committed to here is every technical and content factor within our control, executed properly — which is exactly what is absent today.
