Lumina Circle
Every visit earns its way toward the next one.
Ten points for every dollar you spend on treatments and products. Points turn into credit automatically — there is no card to carry, no form to fill in, and nothing to remember to claim. Your balance is simply there when you book.

How do I join and how do I spend it?
Book once
Your first online booking opens a Lumina Circle account automatically. There is no separate sign-up, no card in your wallet and no app to download.
Earn on everything
Treatments, courses, products, even the gift card someone gave you — every dollar spent at Lumina earns points at your tier rate.
Spend without asking
Your available credit shows at checkout and at booking. Apply it in one tap against any treatment or product, or let it build toward something larger.
For the practice
Why a points programme is the cheapest revenue you will ever buy
Winning a new patient in Manhattan is expensive. Bringing an existing one back costs almost nothing — and this is the mechanism that does it.
01
It makes leaving cost something
A patient with $87 of unspent credit at Lumina does not casually try the medspa down the street. Loyalty stops being a feeling and becomes a balance.
02
It moves retail out of the practice
The serum recommended after a facial competes with Amazon on price. Points close the gap, and the repeat order comes to you at full margin.
03
It raises basket size on every visit
"Add the cleanser and you cross into Gold" turns a $180 visit into a $250 visit — same room, same hour, same staff time already paid for.
Lumina has no repeat-purchase mechanism of any kind today. Every patient who walks out has exactly the same reason to return as they have to try somewhere new — which is to say, none at all.
Questions
Rewards questions
How do I join Lumina Circle?
You already have, if you have booked online. Your first booking opens the account using the email address you gave. There is nothing else to sign up for.
What is a point worth?
Ten points are earned per dollar spent, and points convert to credit at your tier rate — 4%, 6% or 8%. A $180 facial at Gold earns 1,800 points, worth $10.80 against your next visit.
Do my points expire?
Not while you visit at least once every twelve months. If a full year passes with no visit the balance lapses — and we email you twice before that ever happens.
Can I use points and a gift card together?
Yes. Apply the gift card first, then your points credit against the balance. Anything still outstanding is paid on the day.
How does the referral credit work?
Share your personal link. When a friend completes their first treatment, $25 of credit lands in your account and $25 in theirs. There is no cap on how many friends you refer.
How do I check my balance?
It appears at the top of the booking page whenever you are signed in, and on every appointment confirmation email. There is no separate portal to log into.
